And as the work deepens, we go further: into your strengths, your values, what energizes you, and who you want to become. A big part of this work is helping you see yourself clearly — not through the lens of what hasn't worked, but as someone who is already enough, navigating a world that wasn't designed for how you're wired. Your brain isn't broken, it's wired differently. We explore what truly activates your focus, why distraction pulls so hard, and how to work with your attention rather than fight it — including the role the body plays, from sleep and movement to nutrition and gut health.

Time blindness, clutter, and systems that never seem to stick are all part of the same picture. We build structures for time, space, and tasks that are simple enough to actually maintain, and work out why the good ones keep collapsing.

Impulsivity & Decisions

From snap choices to complete paralysis, decision-making with ADHD is rarely straightforward. We develop the pause, the self-awareness, and the strategies to act with more intention.

We meet for 30 minutes to explore where you are, where you want to be, and whether we're a good fit.

Complete your client profile and Life Wheel assessment so we hit the ground running from session one.

Coaching Sessions

Six 60-minute sessions via Zoom, with prep and recap tools to capture insights and commitments.
