ADHD & Life Coaching

Coaching with Kath —
Life in Focus

You have a brilliant, busy mind — one that experiences the world at full volume and races when it needs rest. Or you struggle to get started and wonder why things that seem easy for others cost you so much more. Or both. Living with ADHD comes with frustrating paradoxes, and it looks different in every person.

Wherever you are, coaching meets you there — to explore where you're feeling stuck or ready for a shift, understand your brain and what matters to you, develop personalized approaches and sustainable systems, and move forward with confidence.

The whole you,
not just the symptoms

The path to success goes deeper than checklists and calendars. It begins when you see yourself clearly — not as someone shaped by what's been hard, but as someone who is already enough and still growing. That means gently reframing the stories you've been carrying and building toward a version of yourself, and your life, that feels like yours.

Your goals might show up at work, at home, in your relationships — or across all of them.

01

Attention & Focus

For ADHD brains, focus isn't just about willpower. We explore what truly activates your focus, why distraction pulls so hard, and how to work with your attention rather than fight it — including how you process best and what your body and environment need to support you.

02

Time, Planning & Organization

Time blindness, working memory gaps, forgetfulness, clutter, and systems that never seem to stick are all executive function challenges. We build structures for time, space, and tasks — including physical and digital — that are simple enough to actually maintain, and figure out why the good ones keep collapsing.

03

Strengths & Values

ADHD comes with real strengths such as creativity, alongside years of feeling like you weren't measuring up in a world that wasn't built for your brain. We uncover what brings out your best, what you're naturally drawn toward, what gives you a sense of purpose — and how to build a life around all of it.

04

Impulsivity & Decisions

With ADHD, decisions rarely feel neutral — they're either impulsive or paralyzed by perfectionism, and the constant small ones drain you faster than you'd expect. We develop the pause, the self-awareness, and the strategies to prioritize what matters most, act with more intention, and trust your own judgment.

05

Emotions & Regulation

ADHD means feeling everything more intensely and recovering more slowly. We build awareness and tools so big emotions become information you can use, not fires you have to put out. We develop practices to manage your energy, keep your nervous system regulated day to day, and meet yourself with compassion along the way.

06

Interpersonal Skills & Boundaries

ADHD shapes how you connect, communicate, and set limits — and for many, years of masking or a persistent feeling of not quite fitting in. We explore those patterns, work on showing up more fully for yourself and the people who matter to you, and build the self-advocacy skills to ask for what you need.

The process

How it works

Every session is shaped around you — where you want to go and what strategies, tools, environment adjustments, and actions can help you get there. Some sessions are big picture, some are about one specific thing — and there's always room for curiosity and play along the way.
